All Leiden practices are currently mixed practices. Our practices are open to anyone, regardless of gender. Low-contact and high-contact take place at the same time.

The Hague Storks train twice a week
Men can additionally become part of the the Hague/Leiden combination team. The storks. With the storks, Leiden players can participate in competitions and in trainings in the Hague.
