Intro month

Our introduction period is a fun and accessible way to try out lacrosse, no strings attached. Swing by our open practices which will be running all of September. All you need is sports shoes (and a colored mouthguard), we will provide sticks.

Join our intro practices on Fridays at the USC at 18:30. Practices take place at the Universitair Sportcentrum. Check out the schedule below for social- and sport activities included in the intro sign-up fee.

Note: If you can’t make Fridays, come to our advanced practice on Wednesdays. While the additional field is under construction, Wednesday practices are at 21:00. Normally we train Wednesdays at 18:00.
